Technical Support
We provide technical support by telephone and e-mail to customers in possession of a valid annual maintenance plan. Maintenance for the first year is included into perpetual license purchase. No support, except for critical bugfixes, is provided to customers without a valid maintenance plan. We appreciate customer loyalty and will always treat our loyal long-term partners with priority. This technical support policy reflects our objective.
To contact technical support by e-mail, fill out the form below or send an e-mail to support@biomoltech.com. It is very important that you include your maintenance plan number. If you don't know your maintenance plan number, invoke Lead Finder with the "-h" option to obtain it.
If you do not have a valid annual maintenance plan, consider getting one. Contact Sales for more information.
Technical support is provided during normal business hours from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time (US and Canada). We are closed on Canadian holidays.
