We provide technical support by telephone and e-mail to customers in possession of a valid annual maintenance plan. Maintenance for the first year is included into perpetual license purchase. No support, except for critical bugfixes, is provided to customers without a valid maintenance plan. We appreciate customer loyalty and will always treat our loyal long-term partners with priority. This technical support policy reflects our objective.
